2 needles: 1 on the outside of the plywood construction area (between the plywood wall and the curb); 1 in the tree bed to the right of the plywood as looking at the construction from the street. People are constantly shooting up in this makeshift shelter the city should really force the construction company to do something about this as discarded needles are pretty much a daily occurrence here
